Reimbursement policies
Board Member Reimbursements:
Special circumstances may arise in which Board members are asked to attend conferences, meetings, or trade shows on behalf of the District, however their expenses for such must be approved in advance by motion of the Board. No Board member shall be allowed to bill the District for any expenses not previously approved by the Board.
Fire Personnel Reimbursements:
Fire personnel are not authorized to make purchases on behalf of the Capay Valley Fire Protection District. Personal purchases of firefighting equipment or training are not subject to reimbursement.
